Members ask questions with /ask and Claude answers only from the FAQ you write below. When it can't help, it points them to a ticket. Each question costs a fraction of a cent; the daily limit caps the total.
Make every key here: pick the app from the list. The app decides how the key looks: its start and 14 random capitals and digits, like M&R-BF7KQ4X9TPM2HDW8 (M&R-AL all apps, M&R-BA Booster, M&R-BF Macro Farm, M&R-FM Fire Macro, MF-BF MACRO KEY; any other app mrk_…). An All M&R apps key works in every M&R app. Older keys keep working. Keys are saved encrypted, so you can see them again later with SHOW KEY.
| NAME | KEY | STATUS | LAST USED | TODAY / ALL | DEVICES | EXPIRES |
|---|
Your app sends a POST request with the key, and a device ID if you want to limit devices (any ID that stays the same on that computer or phone). Check it when the app starts, and every few hours while it runs.
The answer is {"valid": true, ...} when the app may run. Otherwise it is {"valid": false, "reason": "...", "message": "..."}. The reason is one of unknown, disabled, expired, device_limit, daily_limit, off or rate_limited, and the message can be shown to the user as it is.
Every key is made on the APP KEYS tab now (1.28.1), so all keys are in one place. An All M&R apps key also works here.
Keys for the Macro Management VPN system. New keys look like MF-BF7KQ4X9TPM2HDW8: MF-BF and 14 random capitals and digits (1.28.1; older MF-BF-4829107365 keys keep working). Your VPN app sends the key to the bot, and the bot says whether it may connect. Copy the key when it's made. Keys made from 1.28.0 can be shown again later with SHOW KEY on the APP KEYS tab. These keys also show on the APP KEYS tab, under the app name Macro Management VPN.

Your app sends a POST request with the key, and a device ID if you want to limit devices (any ID that stays the same on that computer or phone). Check it before the VPN connects, and every few hours while it stays connected. The full guide is GUIDE-Connect-VPN-App-MACRO-KEY.md in the bot folder.
The answer is {"valid": true, ...} when the app may run. Otherwise it is {"valid": false, "reason": "...", "message": "..."}. The reason is one of unknown, disabled, expired, device_limit, daily_limit, off or rate_limited, and the message can be shown to the user as it is.
Fire Macro is the auto clicker in the M&R MACRO Android app, made for games like Cookie Clicker. The app is locked until a player types a FIRE MACRO key from this tab. It checks the key every 6 hours and keeps working offline for 24 hours. Turn a key off, or let it expire, and the app locks at its next check. Fire Macro never runs in Last Island of Survival, and that can't be changed here.
Every key is made on the APP KEYS tab now (1.28.1), so all keys are in one place. An All M&R apps key also works here.
New keys look like M&R-FM7KQ4X9TPM2HDW8 (14 characters from 1.28.1; older keys keep working). Copy the key when it's made. Keys made from 1.28.0 can be shown again later with SHOW KEY on the APP KEYS tab. By default a key works on one phone. These keys also show on the APP KEYS tab, under the app name M&R MACRO.
| NAME | KEY | STATUS | LAST USED | TODAY / ALL | PHONES | EXPIRES |

Name the Fire Macro buttons here, and every player's app shows these names unless the player renamed a button on their own phone. Players get changes at their next key check, which is within 6 hours, or straight away when they press CHECK KEY NOW.
M&R MACRO does this by itself. It's here so you can test a key.
The answer is {"valid": true, "macroNames": [...], ...} when the app may run. Otherwise it is {"valid": false, "reason": "...", "message": "..."}. The reason is one of unknown, not_fire_macro, disabled, expired, device_limit, daily_limit, off or rate_limited, and the app shows the message as it is.
The M&R Booster Android app sends your players' game traffic through your own booster servers, like ExitLag. Make a key for each player below. They paste it into the app, and the app picks the best server, finds the game's region and switches to the closest server by itself. Turn a key off, or let it expire, and that player is cut off within a couple of minutes.
Every key is made on the APP KEYS tab now (1.28.1), so all keys are in one place. An All M&R apps key also works here.
Copy the key when it's made. Keys made from 1.28.0 can be shown again later with SHOW KEY on the APP KEYS tab. By default a key works on one phone.

On a fresh Ubuntu server, open UDP 51820, UDP 51830, UDP 443, TCP 80 and TCP 443 in its firewall, then run this over SSH. Put your panel password (the same one as BOOSTER_PANEL_PASSWORD on Render) in place of YOUR-PANEL-PASSWORD. It installs everything and prints the panel address to paste above. The USER MANUAL tab and the bot's README have the full Oracle Cloud steps.
Balance: . Each key is charged to your balance at your price. You see, delete and unbind only the keys you made.
Owner only. Apps ask the bot for updates and download through a 5-minute, one-time link, so the APK link below is never shown to them. Unpublished releases are invisible. An update access key is optional per release; it is separate from license keys and can be changed or removed without rebuilding the app. Note: if the APK link is itself public (like a GitHub release), anyone who has that link can still download it; for real protection keep the APK in private storage.
Customers sign in at /cloud or in the M&R Cloud apps. They only see the devices you share with them, under the name you give, with their expiry date, and their keys. They never see the GenPlay ID. Customer accounts are separate from dashboard accounts and can't open this dashboard. Live control: install the M&R Cloud Agent app on the cloud phone, press PAIR PHONE on its device below and type the code in the agent. Once the agent shows ONLINE, everyone the device is shared with can watch and control the phone from "Connect to device".
Make this server's own slash commands, as many as you like (Discord shows up to 100 commands per server, the bot's own included). Pick what it looks like: Text is a plain message; Video, Payment card and Link card are cards with buttons, never a bare link. Links are saved in the bot's database. Admins can also use /quickcmd in Discord.
Pick a preset or type your own. The bot posts reminders before each one, and when it starts. For events whose time you don't know, pick LEARNS ITS TIME: members press It spawned on the board (or use /spawned), and the bot predicts the next one from those times.

Each button opens a private ticket, and its name becomes the ticket's category. The box under each button is the message the bot posts in that new ticket. Leave it empty for the default welcome. Write {user} to mention the customer, {category} for the button name and {server} for the server name.
| CLOSED | SUBJECT | OPENED BY | CLOSED BY | RATING | MESSAGES |

Tick the roles that may see each ticket category. A saved category with no roles ticked grants no staff-role access. Categories never configured retain legacy Support Staff access until you save this form. The ticket's customer always keeps access. Saving also updates open tickets. Roles with Administrator see every channel anyway, so don't give restricted staff that permission.
Type the buyer's Discord username so the payment shows up in their /spent and on the leaderboard. Leave it empty if they aren't on Discord. Customers who buy from the store panel in Discord are linked automatically and never see this box.
Post this panel in a Discord channel. Customers read what they get and press Buy. The bot sends them a private Stripe link that is already linked to their Discord account, so they never type an ID.
When someone buys from the store panel, the bot can make them a dashboard account with the access you pick here. Products on the PRODUCTS tab have the same setting. Change the message and the app links in BUYER ACCOUNT SETTINGS on the USER DATABASE tab.

Type what the customer wants, like "1 bot 1 cloud" or "bot x2, cloud". It uses your products, their other names and the discounts running right now.
When a feature is off, its commands and buttons tell people it's turned off. Customers can still see their old orders.
Customers press the panel's button, pick products from a list, type how many, and see the itemized total with discounts. Then they place the order: it shows up here and in the new orders channel. If every product in the order has INSTANT CHECKOUT on, they get a Stripe link straight away. You can use {user}, {order}, {total} and {server} in the messages.

The admin PIN login always has Global Master access and isn't listed here. Operators can also be created in Discord with /operator-add in the main server.
Secret keys (bot token, Stripe keys, JWT secret, admin PIN) are never sent to the browser. Change them in Render → Environment, then redeploy.
Signs out every operator on every device, including you.

REGISTER NEW SERVER PROFILE
Add the bot to another Discord server you manage.
- Open the invite link below and pick the server.
- Approve the permissions. The server appears under Server Profiles within a few seconds.
- Slash commands are registered in every server the bot is in. Pick a server at the top of the page to change its settings, channels, switches, timers and panels. The shop, GenPlay, app keys and logins are shared and belong to the main server (GUILD_ID in Render).
1. COMMAND CORE
Shows live numbers from the bot: CPU and memory of the bot process, Discord latency, uptime, database status, open tickets, revenue, rating and members. Data refreshes every 10 seconds. The 3D core shows your real server: each node is a text channel the bot can see (green = messages in the last hour, cyan = active in the last 24 hours, gold = idle, red = open ticket; bigger = busier). Click a node for its numbers, then MORE DETAIL. The spectrum bars are messages per minute for the last 32 minutes (click a bar for that minute). The oscilloscope plots Discord latency and bot CPU for the last 10 minutes (click it for min, max and average). Message counts start when the bot starts.
2. COLOR THEMES & STATUS COLORS
Click ◐ THEME at the top to pick one of 13 themes (Crimson Red and Blood Moon are the red ones). Your choice is remembered in this browser. Every theme keeps four status colors:
System nominal, bot online, payments completed.
Syncing, high latency, high memory, unpaid status.
Errors, offline bot, disabled accounts, destructive buttons.
The theme color: active tabs, buttons and data streams.
3. SETUP & CONFIGURATION
- API & CHANNELS: set the channels for server logs, mod logs, the ticket panel, payments, the feedback panel, feedback reviews, welcome and goodbye messages.
- TICKETS and FEEDBACK: one click posts the ticket or feedback panel into its channel (same as /setup-tickets and /setup-feedback).
- TICKETS also lists closed tickets. Press VIEW to read the full chat of a ticket, or download it as a text file. Messages are saved while the ticket is open.
- STORE & SALES has a daily revenue chart for the last 30 days (USD). Click a bar for that day's total.
- FEEDBACK: REPLY BY DM sends your answer to the customer as a Discord DM from the bot and shows it next to their review.
- COMMAND ACCESS (Tickets tab): when ON, customers can only use bot commands inside their own ticket. Staff can use them anywhere.
- TICKET PANEL DESIGNER (Tickets tab): change the panel's title, message, color and buttons (up to 10, each with its own emoji, name, color and the message the bot posts in tickets opened with it). Saving updates panels already posted in Discord.
- FEEDBACK PANEL DESIGNER (Feedback tab): change the feedback panel's title, message, button and form questions. Deploying it also creates the private review channel if there isn't one, so only admins see feedback.
- TRANSLATION (API & Channels tab): turn translation on or off, choose who translates (automatic, Google only or Claude only) and which Claude model, see usage and cost, and set the daily word limit for the whole server. Automatic uses Google while it is free each month, then Claude.
- AUTO-MOD: turn auto-moderation on or off, edit the blocked words, block invite links except in channels you tick, and choose whether staff are ignored.
- USER DATABASE: add operators with a username or email, choose their role, disable them or remove them. Usernames don't care about capitals, so Omer and omer are the same login. SET PASSWORD gives an account a new password (for one you manage), and CHANGE PASSWORD on your own row changes yours (it asks for your current one).
- STORE & SALES: design the store panel (product, price, what they get, what happens after paying) and post it in Discord, or with /setup-store. Customers press Buy and get a private Stripe link that is already linked to their Discord account. You can also take a payment here and type the buyer's Discord name. Every payment is listed below. Copy the Stripe webhook URL from API & CHANNELS.
- Discord commands: /pay amount (admins: posts a USD Stripe payment link), /broadcast, /operator-add (main server only), /giveaway, /translate (anyone; language as a code, a name or a flag), /spent, /rank, /leaderboard (anyone; by level or amount spent; customers only inside tickets while COMMAND ACCESS is on), /clear (needs Manage Messages; up to 100 recent messages, optionally from one member), /setup-tickets, /setup-feedback, /setup-store, /setup-feedback-review, and the Translate Message right-click command. Anyone can also react to a message with a country flag to get it translated into that language.
- ORDERS: every order from the Custom Order panel, /order, /quote or the dashboard. Open one to send a payment link by DM, mark it paid, buy its GenPlay codes, deliver it by DM (setup guide, keys from stock, GenPlay codes, a role) or cancel it. New orders are also posted in the new orders channel. The price calculator works like /quote. Turn ordering, /quote, /price, /rules and GenPlay on or off under FEATURES.
- PRODUCTS: add products with a USD price, other names for /quote (like "bot"), instant Stripe checkout, a delivery message, a role, and a stock of keys or redeem codes. Add discounts: buy X or more, spend $X or more, or a timed sale. Design the /price list here too.
- GENPLAY: your GenPlay balance, plans and prices in USD, every code you bought, order lookup, and BUY CODES (Global Master Admin). Link a price tier to a product with SELL THIS. Set GENPLAY_API_KEY in Render first.
- Customer commands: /order (start an order), /quote 1 bot 1 cloud (price calculator), /price (prices, or one service), /rules. Staff: /rules post:true posts the rules for everyone. The rules are edited on the AUTO-MOD tab.
- SELF CHECKOUT & AUTO-DELIVERY: when a customer pays, the bot delivers on its own by DM: the setup guide, keys from stock, GenPlay codes and a role. Customers see what they bought, with their keys and codes, with /license.
- CLOSED DMS: if a customer's DMs are closed, the bot opens a ticket and asks them to turn DMs on. You can talk to them in the ticket. When they press the button, the important info goes to their DMs and stays saved. Change the wording under the delivery settings on the ORDERS tab.
- MODERATION: /warn, /timeout, /kick, /ban, /unban and /history. Every action is saved as a case you can look up here.
- COMMUNITY: scheduled announcements, the /suggest board and the server activity log.
- /ASK: an AI helper that answers from your FAQ. Turn on general questions in its settings to also answer game and general questions. A daily limit keeps the cost capped.
- APP KEYS: the one place to make a key for any app. Pick the app from the APP menu (★ All M&R apps makes one key that works in every M&R app, M&R-AL…; 1.28.1), filter the list by app, tick DM THE KEY to send it with your own message, see any key made from 1.28.0 again with SHOW KEY (every look is logged), and pick a customer keys channel under KEY MESSAGES so new keys are posted there. Keys for your own apps: make, turn off and delete them, and see which devices use them. Most keys look like mrk_ and 32 letters and digits. From 1.28.1 every M&R key is its start and 14 random capitals and digits: M&R-AL (all apps), M&R-BA (Booster), M&R-BF (Macro Farm), M&R-FM (Fire Macro), MF-BF (MACRO KEY), like M&R-BF7KQ4X9TPM2HDW8. Older keys keep working.
- MACRO KEY: keys for the Macro Management VPN system. New ones look like MF-BF7KQ4X9TPM2HDW8 (1.28.1; older MF-BF-4829107365 keys keep working). Make them on APP KEYS; turn off and delete them, add a device limit, and see which devices use them. The VPN app checks them the same way as app keys.
- FIRE MACRO: keys and settings for the M&R MACRO Android app (Fire Macro, the M&R auto clicker, for games like Cookie Clicker). Keys look like M&R-FM7KQ4X9TPM2HDW8 (made on APP KEYS from 1.28.1). Turn off, change and delete them, give one a new secret, free a phone, and see every check. Below the keys, name the 10 Fire Macro buttons, allow humanise and hidden targets in single-player apps, and block Fire Macro in more apps. Fire Macro never runs in Last Island of Survival, and humanise never works in online games; those rules are built into the app.
- M&R CLOUD (1.33.0): your cloud phone service for customers. Make a customer account (username, name, password, optional Discord ID), add each cloud phone with the name customers see, its GenPlay device ID (only staff see it) and an expiry, then SHARE it with one or more customers (each can have their own expiry date). Renaming a device changes it for everyone it is shared with. PAUSE stops a device being opened without taking it away. Link keys by pasting them; keys with the customer's Discord ID show up on their own. Customers sign in at /cloud or in the M&R Cloud apps and only ever see their own devices and keys. SET PASSWORD and TURN OFF sign them out everywhere. Live phone control is not connected yet.
- BOOSTER: the M&R Booster game booster app for Android (like ExitLag). Make a key for each player (30 days and one phone by default). New keys look like M&R-BA7KQ4X9TPM2HDW8 and are made on APP KEYS (1.28.1); every older key keeps working, and All M&R apps keys work too. Add days, turn keys off, kick a connection, and see who is connected, on which server and where their game server is. Add your booster servers here too: each one is a region, and with two or more the app switches region by itself, uses multipath and moves players if a server goes down. Set up a server with the command at the bottom of the tab, and put BOOSTER_PANEL_PASSWORD on Render.
- EVENT TIMERS: timers for drops, heli, tank, avenger, blood nest, crude, badge drops, raids, rooms, server wipes and bosses. Use a preset, pick the channel, ping role and reminder minutes (15, 10, 5 and 1 by default), and post the live board. Members press "It spawned" or "Killed", or use /spawned, and staff add rooms with /room. For events without set times, the bot measures the next spawn from the logged times and shows a 95% window with the most likely time.
- FEATURES (Orders tab): turn any part of the bot on or off. Commands that are off disappear from Discord.
- SERVER PICKER (top of the page): the bot works in every server it's in. Pick a server to change its own features, channels, settings, timers, tickets, announcements and panels. The shop, orders, GenPlay, app keys and logins are shared, and belong to the main server (GUILD_ID in Render).
- ACCOUNT ACCESS (User Database): when you add an operator, or later with ACCESS, tick the servers and the pages they can see. ONE SERVER, NO MONEY sets up a legion account in one click. An account limited to other servers never sees the main server, sales, orders, products, GenPlay, app keys, feedback or the user list.
- CLAN PLANNER: the plan for the current game server and the time it has left (/plan); a checklist of things to buy or gather, with how many are needed and how many the clan has (/checklist; staff: /checklist-edit); tasks for members with reminders before they're due and a Mark done button (/tasks; staff: /task-edit); and the enemy tracker. Members log enemies with /enemy on and /enemy off (or /enemy log for a past session), and the bot works out their usual log-on and log-off times with a 95% range and the most likely time, then posts alerts before they usually log on or off (/enemies, /enemy info). Set the channels, roles, reminder minutes and every message in CLAN PLANNER SETTINGS, and turn each part on or off under FEATURES.
- CODE LOG (Clan Planner tab): base, door and stash codes, pinned in one post in a private channel that only the code role and staff can see. The bot won't post them in a channel everyone can see. When a code changes, the board updates, the code role is pinged, and the old code is kept in a history. Members with the code role see codes with /code (only they see the answer). On the dashboard, codes stay hidden until you press SHOW.
- CODE LOG ACCESS: in ACCESS, the code log is a page of its own, so an account can use the Clan Planner without seeing codes. ONE SERVER, NO MONEY includes the Clan Planner but not the code log.
- LEGION OPS // RAIDS: plan a raid on this tab or with /raid plan (name, start time, target, details, raid roles and a role to ping). The bot posts it with Join, Maybe and Can't buttons. Members pick their raid role (like Rusher or Sniper) and can add the gear they bring. The bot reminds everyone before it starts (RAID REMINDERS) and runs a ready check with a Ready button (READY CHECK). Members see what's coming with /raids. When it's over, press SIGN-UPS then DONE on this tab (you can untick anyone who didn't come), or use /raid done. /raid cancel cancels one.
- ATTENDANCE POINTS: members who attend a raid get ATTENDANCE POINTS PER RAID. After a ready check, only the members who pressed Ready count. Members see theirs with /points and the leaderboard with /attendance. Staff give or take points on this tab or with /points-edit, with a reason.
- RECRUITMENT: write up to 5 APPLICATION QUESTIONS in LEGION OPS SETTINGS, and post an Apply button with POST APPLY BUTTON (players can also use /apply). Players answer in a form, and the bot opens a private ticket with their answers. Staff vote yes or no there; STAFF VOTES NEEDED decides it, or staff can accept or reject straight away (also on this tab). Accepted players get the ROLE FOR ACCEPTED PLAYERS, and the player gets the answer in the ticket and by DM. Closing the ticket closes the application, so the player can apply again.
- PLAYER GOALS: give a player a goal on this tab or with /goal set (like Farm 500 crude, with a due time). The bot tells them, reminds them before it's due (GOAL REMINDERS) and when it's due, and posts when they finish. Players see theirs with /target and add what they did with /progress. A goal whose unit is raids (like Join 3 raids) goes up by itself each time the player attends a raid. Staff change progress with /goal update or PROGRESS on this tab. Turn each part of Legion Ops on or off under FEATURES, and give legion accounts the LEGION OPS page in ACCESS.
- BUYER ACCOUNTS: in a product's settings (PRODUCTS tab) or under STORE PANEL // DASHBOARD ACCOUNT FOR BUYERS (STORE & SALES tab), tick MAKE A DASHBOARD ACCOUNT FOR THE BUYER WHEN PAID and choose its level, servers and pages, like in ACCESS. When that product is paid, the bot makes an account named after the buyer's Discord username and DMs them the username, a one-time link to set their password (it works for 72 hours by default) and the Android and Windows app links. If their DMs are closed, it asks them in a ticket, like other order messages. A buyer who buys again keeps one account, which gets what the new product gives as well when it fits in one account (the same servers with more pages, more servers with the same pages, or a higher level). When it doesn't, the order's history and the logs channel say so, and you add it in ACCESS. You can only give buyers the pages and servers you can open yourself, and only an admin can turn on or widen an account that also gives ones you can't.
- THE BUYER'S OWN SERVERS: tick ONLY THE DISCORD SERVERS THE BUYER OWNS and the account manages just the servers the buyer owns, once they add the bot with the invite link in their message. Money pages and the user list never show for these accounts.
- MANAGING BUYER ACCOUNTS: they're in USER DATABASE, marked BUYER with their order number, and PASSWORD NOT SET YET until they use their link. SETUP LINK makes a new link (the old one stops working) and can DM it to them. ACCESS, DISABLE and DELETE work like for any account. Change the message and the app links in BUYER ACCOUNT SETTINGS at the bottom of USER DATABASE. Empty app links use your /apps download page.
- RESELLERS: + ISSUE NEW USER and tick RESELLER (Global Master Admin only). A reseller only sees the GenPlay tab, where they buy GenPlay codes from their own balance and see their codes. They never see your GenPlay balance, your discount or anyone else's purchases. When they pay you, press BALANCE on their row in USER DATABASE and ADD the amount (TAKE AWAY removes some). Each code costs them your GenPlay cost per code turned into US dollars with your rate from the GenPlay tab, or with their own rate if you set one under BALANCE (a lower number makes codes cost them more). If GenPlay refuses a purchase, its cost goes back to their balance by itself. A purchase stuck on NOT SURE that RETRY can't finish can be closed with GIVE BACK in your GenPlay purchases, which returns its cost. Every change shows in their BALANCE HISTORY and in the logs channel. The M&R Reseller Android app opens straight to the login page.
